Two Brands - One Service



Excellent after sales service geared to our customers has always been a priority at Sodim and Borgwaldt KC. We are now taking the next step in achieving complete customer satisfaction.

Borgwaldt KC and Sodim are very pleased to announce the launch of joint global services for our brands and companies in July. Combining the service networks and experience of Sodim and Borgwaldt KC strengthens our after sales service for the benefit of our customers.

The service engineers from Sodim and Borgwaldt KC have recently undergone intensive training on the instrument portfolios of both companies. We are therefore now able to offer service on test stations and standalone instruments from one source, thereby providing our customers with

  • More service engineers  
  • Reduced travel expenses when an engineer services the two brands during one assignment
  • Fewer contacts and less administration when handling service quotations and placing service orders
